LET’S GET YOUR CATALOG IN FOCUS
Three steps. One clearer picture.
Share your Spotify audience data and original royalty reports so we can analyze your catalog. Start with your most recent 12 months; include 24–36 months if available, or everything you have for a newer catalog.
01 / SPOTIFY FOR ARTISTSShare your stats.
Ask a Team Admin to complete these steps on the web:
- Open Spotify Manage → Teams ↗ and select your artist team.
- Choose Invite and enter the SongFill contact’s name and email supplied to you.
- Select Reader for Spotify for Artists access, without Team Admin privileges. Reader access lets us review music and audience stats.
- Send the invitation and include your public Spotify artist link with your statements.
Invite email: your SongFill contact will provide this. Use an invitation—never send your password or verification codes.

Official TuneCore instructions ↗Another distributor or platform
Look for Earnings, Royalties, Accounting, Sales Reports, or Statements. Export the most detailed report available as CSV, XLSX, or the original ZIP. If only PDF is available, send the original PDF. Menus vary by platform; ask its support team for a track-level royalty export if you cannot find one.
Keep track titles, ISRCs, reporting/sales periods, platforms, territories, units, earnings, currencies, fees, and ownership splits where included. Keep original columns and values intact.
03 / SEND YOUR PACKAGEReady for a closer look.

THE DETAILS MATTER
Terms of service & payment timing
These website terms explain the process. Your signed agreement sets the specific rights, obligations, amounts, and payment schedule for any transaction.
01 — Initial payments & the two-day timeline
“In as little as 2 days” refers to a possible initial or partial payment, not payment of the full purchase price or advance. Availability depends on approval, satisfactory verification, signed documentation, and all conditions for that payment being met. The two-day period begins only when SongFill confirms those conditions are satisfied. Bank processing and non-business days may affect receipt. No payment or payment date is guaranteed by this website.
02 — Completion & the 90-day timeline
The complete transaction, including remaining payments, may take up to 90 days. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed closing deadline. Missing records, ownership disputes, third-party approvals, distributor transfers, or other outstanding conditions may extend the process. The signed agreement governs any deadlines, extensions, and remedies.
03 — Eligibility, valuation & offers
All opportunities are subject to review of catalog ownership, royalty history, existing commitments, and other relevant information. Viewing this website or sharing information does not guarantee an offer, a particular valuation, funding, or a completed sale. Any displayed dashboard figures are illustrative.
04 — Rights & future royalties
A sale and a royalty advance have different consequences. The rights transferred or retained, term, recoupment, fees, deductions, and treatment of future royalties will be stated in the agreement. Review the complete agreement and obtain independent advice before signing.
05 — Partial payments & incomplete transactions
The agreement must specify whether any initial payment is refundable or repayable and what happens if a transaction does not close. Do not assume a partial payment is non-refundable or that the remaining balance is unconditional. This website does not establish those obligations.
06 — Website information & acceptance
Website content provides general information and is not a binding offer or individualized legal, tax, or financial advice. Browsing this page does not sign a catalog transaction or accept a deal. Any transaction requires separate written documentation and the approvals specified in it.
