How your information is used
SongFill stores your referral source (when you use a referral link), distributor, Spotify link, Instagram handle, email, phone, submission time, consent, and analysis for catalog review and responding to your request. The submission is available only within the password-protected SongFill tools area.
Only your public artist identity is used for Spotify and Chartmetric lookups. Your email, phone, and Instagram are not sent to those analytics providers. Hosting and database services process the submission for SongFill. This form does not send marketing messages, place calls, or send texts.
To request correction or deletion, contact the SongFill representative handling your request and quote your submission reference.
